
Basic Project Management Workshop
AM&T is pleased to offer an 8-hour “train and do“.
The training includes classroom presentations and exercises on how to successfully organize, manage and complete projects on time and on budget.
Who should attend: This workshop is for anyone with project management responsibilities, whether new to project management or just looking to improve their Project Management skills and effectiveness.
Course materials are based on methods described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), published by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
