Risk Management Workshop
DID YOU KNOW? ISO 9001:2015 Certification REQUIRES Risk Management
Our clients are becoming more aware of the subject of risk. Some are questioning whether they need to concern themselves with it; others know they have to concern themselves with risk but are unsure how to approach the subject. This uncertainty has led to “false starts” and frustration. Registrars are placing an increasing emphasis on the subject of risk during their visits and are looking for more evidence that clients understand risk issues and are properly addressing the subject. Since risk is part of every clause in the Standard, it is important for companies to receive proper guidance.
The Alliance for Manufacturing & Technology has developed a Risk Management Workshop that provides attendees with an understanding of the risk management process, how to apply risk analysis to their processes, and provides actual examples of methods AM&T has developed and implemented for our clients.
- Provide an understanding of the risk requirement in the ISO Standard
- An introduction to a tool for identifying and sizing risk at both the operational and organizational levels within a company
- Provide a six-step approach to calculating the impact of risk.
